Cycle 60 minutes with our Boston Marathon Instructor Brooke! Work on your endurance, feel the heart pump, and let's do this. Road to Boston being celebrated every Tuesday with Brooke!
Bikes Bands Booty
Ride strong for 30 minutes, then take it to the mat! This class focuses on strengthening your glutes and core using dumbbells and Pilates bands, followed by a revitalizing stretch to leave you feeling strong, balanced, and refreshed.
Cycle Core & More
A 45-minute Cycle class designed to build endurance while emphasizing proper form. Incorporate wrist weights for Pilates-inspired upper body movements, sculpting strong, defined arms. After the ride, stay for an optional core and strength session to further challenge and strengthen your body.
Cycle Strength
A powerhouse 60-minute class combining 30 minutes of invigorating cycling with 30 minutes of strength training. Push your endurance on the bike, then transition to focused strength work using proper form to build muscle endurance and full-body strength. This class is designed to challenge you, improve stamina, and leave you feeling stronger every session!
