JackHammer Fit LLC provides a platform that allows users to purchase class packages, register for classes, buy merchandise, and communicate with JackHammer staff.

When you communicate with JackHammer via email or visit the Website, you consent to receive electronic communications. This may include emails, phone communications, or notifications posted on the Website. You acknowledge that all agreements, notices, and disclosures sent electronically satisfy any legal requirements.

3. Purchases, Refunds, and Reservations

Class Package Policies

  • Single Classes: Expire 30 days from the date of purchase.

  • Class Packages: Expiration dates vary, as indicated in the description of each class.

Refund Policy

  • All class packages, memberships, special promotions, and single classes are non-refundable.

​

Merchandise Return Policy

  • No refunds for merchandise; all sales are final.

Reservations

To make a reservation, you must have an active class package. You can create an account and purchase a class package through the Website to make a reservation. Class packages have expiration dates, and prices are subject to change.

We accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. Cash payments may only be made directly to JackHammer Fit employees.

Failed Charges: If there are issues with a payment (e.g., expired or over-the-limit cards), we will attempt to contact you. Failure to resolve payment issues may result in suspension or termination of services.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Cycle and Non-Cycle Classes: To cancel a reservation, you must do so at least 2 hours prior to your scheduled class. Cancellations made within 2 hours of class or no-shows will result in the deduction of a class credit and a $5.00 fee.

5. Miscellaneous

  • JackHammer Fit LLC reserves the right to refuse service, cancel purchases, modify or remove content, or terminate accounts at its discretion.

  • Minors: Online reservations for minors require parent or guardian involvement. To register a minor, please email jackhammerfit2@gmail.com.

  • Class and instructor schedules are subject to change. Pricing may also change without notice.

6. Security Statement

We take reasonable precautions to ensure the security of transactions on our Website. All credit card information is encrypted, and we use physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect data. However, no security system is completely invulnerable.

7. Waiver and Release

By participating in classes and using JackHammer Fit's facilities, you acknowledge the inherent risks involved in activities such as indoor cycling and boot camps. These risks include minor injuries (scratches, bruises), major injuries (joint, back injuries), and catastrophic injuries (paralysis, death).

You agree to assume full responsibility for any injuries or damages sustained and release JackHammer Fit LLC from any liability. If deemed necessary by our staff, you may be required to provide a doctor's note confirming your ability to participate.

8. Warranty Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

JackHammer Fit LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Website or linked third-party websites. All information on the Website is provided "as is," without any warranties, including implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability.
